I love to blog/talk about my family. These sincere sharings are to tell you that family bonding is on top of my life agenda and i believe that each one of us have a uniqueness that others can leverage on. Being very family-oriented, I hope all my entries can contribute by 'prosperizing' other family. This world needs great family towards building great ummah :)

Doa utk Semua

Maybank2u fraud

Hati2 yak u ols, jgn percaya mana2 email yg bagi link & cakap account id kiter ada problem ker apa..semua tu tipu belaka.. contoh email kat bawah neh.. eja alert pun jadi alet nyeh nyeh..

Dear SKMM,

I would like to lodge a report pertaining misleading email which was sent to me this morning.
I believe this is another prank which they would like to gather customer information.
Hope your assistance in conducting the investigation. I tried to locate email address of Maybank to forward this email but I could not find any. Hope we can catch these culprits and put them behind bars.

Thank you and regards
Aziz Halim

Dear Sir,
Please ignore any emails, claiming to be from Malaysian banking and financial institutions on a problem with your account and requesting that you access a fake website to provide personal and account information, as this is a Phishing attempt. Phishing is an attempt by an individual or group to solicit personal information from unsuspecting users and is typically carried out by e-mail and it often directs users to enter details at a fake website whose look and feel are almost identical to the legitimate one.
Please bear in mind that Malaysian banking and financial institutions will never request your Internet banking details through email. Please report any Phishing attempt to SKMM (antiphishing@cmc.gov.my) so that we could take actions to block access to the fake website and prevent further damages to consumers. As part of our consumer education initiative, we have redirected Phishing websites that we have detected to SKMM's Anti-Phishing Website to inform the public about the dangers of Phishing and actions that they can take to avoid being victims of Phishing.

Thank you.
