So peeps, things to ponder :-
in order to make improvement to whole team, evaluation on staff performance is Boss, why not give staff evaluate manager?
do u think manager is doing great things?
if he/she said yes, then what is ur proof?
if he/she said no, then u can said, this is unfair or hipokrit, how can a non great manager lead/expect great staff??
