LEADERSHIP
- strengths :
Edrina has natural charisma to influence. Her people skills allow her to get following without her even asking.
Her experience, gives her knowledge to deal with different situations and pass applicable judgement to issues, peers, and other colleagues.
Above all Edrina is very open. She will not hold back feedback, or do something she is not comfortable about. This is an asset for the team.
Her leadership in taking on data masking and cloning activities in the KL times has brought credit to the process.
- Challenge for Edrina:
Edrina is capable of taking upon more leadership role in task and project management. I would like to challenge her to feel comfortable enough to take on more of these leadership roles.
COMMUNICATION
- Strengths :
Edrina communicates well to lower levels, colleagues, peers and upper management. This has allowed her to get activities accomplished efficiently through her own effort.
Well self-controlled and puts great thought to what she does and says.
Her written communication shows professional effort as well.
- Challenge for Edrina:
Edrina is very courteous in her communication. One grow area I would recommend is not allow aggressive, loud and fast speakers to take over meetings or cause her to hold back opinions.
PLANNING/UTILIZATION OF RESOURCES
- Strengths :
Great activity planning. Always starts the day by laying out required accomplishments for the day so that none are missed.
Very dependable time and resource management. The Ada teams does not need to follow-up with every activity scheduled for the evening.
Edrina has shown great growth in the usage of planning tools.
Reliable time recording in Clarity
- Challenge for Edrina:
More practice in leading and planning projects is a key to get better. I would encourage Edrina to pull everything to make her comfortable to take on project planning roles in the team. Together we will make success.
EXECUTION/DELIVERY
- Strengths :
Edrina is always willing to help and step-in to fill whenever there is a shortage in resource and/or in times of need.
When the on-call is away, she is always prepared to help.
Her work is unparalleled and repeatedly delivered excellently.
This is one of Edrina's key strengths and the team relies on her.

What is the one area where Edrina has the most growth opportunity?
I would like to see Edrina take on more in large task management for the team. Self volunteering will be the best way in. I am sure she will be an even greater asset for the team in that area.
